Poem: Don’t wait for next time

Don’t wait for next time,

next time may never come.

Regrets are sad reminders,

of what you could have done.

You think you have endless chances,

when you’re fast and young.

But anything can happen at anytime

that can ruin what you’ve won.

Utilize, don’t waste your time,

finish what you’ve begun.

You can’t time travel yet,

gliding past the sun.

Remembering backwards through photographs,

at innocence and fun.

We’re dreamlike timeless specks,

micro-macro mysteries all-in-one.
