  1. What was that Judy? I guess I don’t understand what in the world he was thinking. Steven Colbert is pretty funny though. Sometimes you wonder what in the world was that person thinking, boy this is certainly one of those times. Hope you have a safe and wonderful 4th my friend. Be safe. Love, hugs and stay away from the life guard! 🤗❤️💕Joni

    1. I don’t know why he was telling that story! He’s hilarious without intending to be. I usually don’t like Colbert but his interpretation was funny. If Biden becomes President I’ll be laughing non-stop. I don’t like a Trump either but Biden is a mess. I can’t imagine him as a lifeguard trying to fight Corn Pop with a chain! 😂 Have a good holiday, Joni💖🙏❣️🤗

      1. Judy your post about the movies I can’t get a response to come back without an error message.

I saw both movies and they were very well done and frightening at the same time as well.

I don’t know how you manage with the fireworks in CA. That would drive me nuts every night. Our dogs are scared to death of them. My husband spent a couple of hours in the big closet with lights out last night to calm them down.

I am sorry things are getting crazy again there as well. I honestly think this will be the new norm for a long time. I am not trying to be pessimistic I am just being honest. Our world is in such a mess right now.

We are being very careful. My biggest fear is being somewhere will no one can get to me. My loved ones.

Be careful Judy. I can’t imagine wearing a plastic shield to a job. How is that going? Take care, sending hugs, love and prayers for safety your way my friend. Love 💕 Joni 🌺🌸

      2. Hi Joni, sorry for the late response, work was bogging me down. I agree both films were scary especially because they were based on true stories. Sadly I think not much has changed politically, lots of cover ups!

I love dogs, I’m so sorry that they have to suffer because of dumb humans. I hope your dogs are ok, your husband is so sweet to reassure them💖. The fireworks have become the new normal, people keep saying it’s for the 4th of July but I doubt that it’s about patriotism. I don’t think you’re being pessimistic, you’re just being realistic. Things have gotten so crazy, you’re right we have to be careful. So much hatred and division; I believe most people are good but these are insane times. Hugs and love to you, Joni💖🙏🌹

      3. Oh so glad to hear from you Judy. Let’s make sure to keep in touch. Yes he is good with our dogs. I am blessed. I put my faith in God or I would be wondering what each new day might bring.

Stay safe my friend we do have to be careful I do believe that. God expects us to use the brains he gave us so we are careful.

I couldn’t handle the fireworks Judy. I am not sure what that is about but It sounds nuts to me. Be careful at night and please be safe. You are in my prayers my friend. I hope work gets better and you are not so busy. Sending lots of love, hope and blessings your way my dear friend. Love ya Judy. 🌹🌸❤️💕🤗🌷🌹Joni

  2. This world feels too surreal sometimes. I just don’t understand how certain things are still happening in this world, as if we have no potential to evolve intellectually, emotionally, or morally. Feel sad for the present and the future.

    1. I feel the same way, Benjamin. It’s like human growth/evolution is on a treadmill. I’m now seeing that the powers that be, are probably actively causing chaos to divide us. I can’t understand how the world is falling apart so rapidly, other than perhaps that’s it’s intentional. 😞

      1. Yes. Agreed 😦 But it’s never too late to come together until it’s too late. And I don’t think it’s midnight just yet. But, on the other hand, it’s getting very dark.
